PokePadded - Brionne

Brionne love to make water balloons for their dances, but this one enjoys making bubbles instead because it makes them happy and giggle. That may seem babyish, but I think the cute ruffled nappy pants that Brionne is wearing shows that they don't care about that~

Yet another Alola Pokemon to add to the gallery, and it's one I promised to do when I got around to it. Sorry if the perspective is a bit wonky; I wanted to find an angle that showed off the nappies well enough.
